How are shipping charges calculated?
We
charge a $4.95 flat fee for all packages shipped through U.S. Postal
Service Priority Mail Service to any destination within the continental
United States. Priority Mail shipments typically arrive within 2 -3
business days. Orders over $50.00 receive free shipping! We
are happy to ship outside the United States, please contact us for the
actual shipping charges before placing an order. If you would like
overnight or express delivery, please contact us toll-free at
1-866-897-2377 to place your order. Actual shipping rates will apply
and we are happy to offer this service.
Will you ship internationally?
We are happy to ship internationally. Please email us at: customerservice@petittresordesigns.com for actual shipping rates.
Can I return merchandise?
Any
unworn and unused merchandise may be returned within 14 days for a full
refund of original payment method. Please contact us for a Return Authorization
Number (RAN), which must be listed below your return address when
shipping an item back to us. Items not returned within 14 days may
still be returned within 30 days for store credit. Return shipping
costs are the buyer's responsibility.
