How are shipping charges calculated? We charge a $4.95 flat fee for all packages shipped through U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail Service to any destination within the continental United States. Priority Mail shipments typically arrive within 2 -3 business days. Orders over $50.00 receive free shipping! We are happy to ship outside the United States, please contact us for the actual shipping charges before placing an order. If you would like overnight or express delivery, please contact us toll-free at 1-866-897-2377 to place your order. Actual shipping rates will apply and we are happy to offer this service.
Will you ship internationally? We are happy to ship internationally. Please email us at: customerservice@petittresordesigns.com for actual shipping rates before placing an order.
Can I return merchandise? Any unworn and unused merchandise may be returned within 14 days for a full refund of original payment method. Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RAN), which must be listed below your return address when shipping an item back to us. Items not returned within 14 days may still be returned within 30 days for store credit only. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Security & Privacy Because our clients' security & privacy is a top priority at Petit Tresor Designs, all credit card orders are processed on a secure server. Any credit card or other personal information you provide is protected by encryption using Secure Socket Layer Protocol (SSL). Payment and Sales Tax Petit Tresor Designs accepts credit card payments from Visa, Master Card and American Express. We are also pleased to accept PayPal. Personal checks and cashier's checks are also accepted.
Since Petit Tresor Designs operates in Pennsylvania, we are required to collect 6% sales tax on orders shipped to a Pennsylvania address. Those who live outside Pennsylvania will not be charged sales tax on website orders, but should consult applicable tax laws in their state.

Gift Certificates Petit Tresor Designs offers gift certificates to help you give the perfect gift! Our gift certificates are available in $25 increments and must be used within 1 year of purchase.
Do you sell wholesale? Absolutely! We are always looking for new and exciting partners to carry our products. Please use the wholesale link on our website to contact us regarding requirements for a wholesale account.
